Our Thanksgiving was wonderful. but unfortunately on Saturday I became very ill with a kidney stone. After a trip to the ER, I came home to rest and recuperate. As bad as it was to be sick, it sure made me realize what a wonderful man I'm married to.
And hung it.
And made me chicken noodle soup. He even went to the grocery store to buy me the "Homestyle" kind. That was a lot of effort for a non-chef!
Then my doctor husband switched hats and became my nurse. He's an awesome doctor but even a better nurse. I had the best of care!
I want to give him a BIG hug!!

Glad to hear that your "Nurse" looked after you so well.
Take care and enjoy all of the attention!
Best wishes, Natasha.
So sorry about the kidney stone. Ouch!
Don't you just love a good husband and one with a good bedside manner is even better! Glad you are feeling better.
Ouch!!! Hope you're feeling bettr now. I've never had a kidney stone and I hope that I never do! And glad that the doctor gave you good nursing care!
Oh dear! Glad the stone is gone. My Worker Bee has had these a lot. So glad to know your husband took such good care of you and yours! Hope you feel fantastic soon!
Oh Tammy, what a wonderful post! We should all be so servant minded towards eachother, and so appreciative!
To answer your question on my comments- I use a Sony Cybershot.
My old Cybershot died a couple of weeks ago, and I actually bought another brand camera. I took it back because I didn't like it! So I now have the updated version of the Cybershot. It, like my old camera, has a micro setting. I can take close-up pictures very well. But this new camera has a "food setting" to take close-up shots of food!!! I am very pleased with it.
Now I must go- I have to find my husband and give him a big kiss!
Thanks for reminding me that a good husband needs to know how great he is!
I'll visit soon.
Yvonne
